Bought this refrigerator back in August of 2024, had checked the reviews on it back then and it was highly recommend. Then in March it died during the night and we found out later the next day and lost most of the food in the refrigerator, about $200 worth. Called Frigidaire to have them send a repairman but because this was on a weekend no one was there at customer. So I tried the online service set up to get a repairman scheduled. The earliest appointment I could get online was 2 weeks out, are you kidding me? I spent a lot of time over the weekend trying to see what I could find out and if there was anything else I could do, I learned a lot. 90% off this refrigerator have had a problem with the defrost timer, per many of the establishments that have been selling them as well as the repairman that are fixing the unit. It is a big enough problem that Frigidaire has made an update defrost timer but has not pulled the faulty timer from the market or put a recall out on the refrigerator to fix their bad product. Monday I called to get the repairman scheduled and they could get one there in a week, better than what the online service could do. A couple of days past and I got a call from the repair company, Frigidaire had over booked them and so I was moved back out to waiting 2 weeks. Fast forward to repair day, repairman shows up. He checks the fridge and tells me what I learned that 90% of these have a bad defrost timer and that™™s what is wrong with ours. More bad news, he doesn™™t have the part and will need to order it, which could take 5 to 7 days to get the part and then they would set up a time to come and fix it. A month after it broke we finally have it fixed and yes we did get the update timer with the blue dial. Frigidaire™™s customer service is really bad these days, known problem, no recall even though a new timer was made. A customer service rating is something everyone in the company needs to be working on everyday, once it is good it doesn™™t just stay good, everyone needs to work on it daily. Top it all off with the last comment from the gal at customer service, ™that™™s the fastest we can get a repairman to you, oh and remember to have your credit card ready to pay for what the warranty doesn™™t cover.™ Are you kidding me?

Good amount of space for the price, adjustable shelves, garage ready. This is the perfect fridge for my wife and I to buy while it's just the two of us. Then, when we need a bigger fridge, we can move this one to the garage without worries.

It is 2 cu ft bigger than my last one. On the door the last shelve very wide so if you put bottles you have to lay them down or they fall down. It reasonable price and will take some time to get use it. It has big deli drawer which I like.

I've only had my Frigidaire a week but so far, it's been great. I love it. Alot more room inside than it looks and everything stays cold. I actually turned it down from the requested settings as it felt too cold. Runs great. Sounds good. (not too noisy) and looks really nice in my kitchen. Very happy with this purchase.

Wish we'd not purchased this. Looking for a new one. Never seemed to work right but got even worse over time. After a couple of years with temperature control issues I am happily looking for a new one and a different brand. Stuff in the refrigerator were frozen and things in freezer were not freezing. We had parts replaced and repaired a couple of times but just not worth the trouble. Zero stars.

I had high hopes for this refrigerator but unfortunately it stopped cooling and freezing. I chatted with support and they told me to unplug it and wait for 15 min and try powering it up again. It worked but this after a lot of food was spoiled, why does the refrigerator need to be retated?

We wanted to upgrade our second refrigerator before putting in new flooring. When it was delivered, we were excited to be able to adjust all the shelves. For a smaller refrigerator, the 20 cu. ft. offers all the room we needed. The stainless finish is also great.

We were limited in width and depth due to the sink counter and pantry, and this Frigidaire 20 cu ft refrigerator gave us maximum usable interior space that we could get based on our exterior parameters. The stainless steel exterior without handles that stick out looks great too! A very 'clean' look!

THe fridge is great for a simple fridge when it is working. It had a critical failure on a part that I have been told has been failing on many fridges. The repair man was great, new all about it and replaced it quickly, its working great now!

I recently had this Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator installed in my kitchen and it's beautiful. I had to purchase a smaller refrigerator to fit in a small space. There is so much space inside and in the freezer. I also love the lighting, it's so bright. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the refrigerator is so noisey. It sounds like a dishwasher running all the time. It also takes forever to make ice. Hopefully the bugs will be worked out sooner than later.

I like the fridg ,plenty of space,nice additions to the other fridgidare appliances, the fridg has automatic self closing doors ,at first all was good,now there is a loud clicking sound everytime I open the door,it's become quite annoying, costumer service was very frustrating.

when the delivery men were taking my old fridge away our elevator broke and one of the men got stuck inside. he had to wait with the loud alarm going off for 30 mins while he waited to get rescued by the fire department. and after all of that learned now my new fridge had to be delivered up 4 flights of stairs. with all this and having to navigate through my very narrow winding hallways they were still friendly and very helpful. my fridge is better than i expected, big upgrade from my old 12yr old version, its the same size but seems to hold a lot more with the design.

Replacing my old frig was a requirement as it's seal was broken and was making loud popping noises from time to time. The new frig is a little larger and the technology has improved. The family is very happy with our new frig.

DO NOT BUY if you're looking for a 'garage-ready' refrigerator. We told the salesperson that we need a refrigerator for the garage that will not freeze water in glass gallon jugs, plastic, or pop in cans. He's well aware of the temps we have in winter. We specifically bought this model because he ensured us it would serve our purpose. Everything freezes if outside temperature drops below 45! Broken glass, unhealthy plastics, exploding cans result. This refrigerator is far worse than our older (non-garage-ready) refrigerator that we had in the garage previous to this purchase. We had a technician come out who looked it up and saiid "it's not garage-ready and that it's also not able to be converted to garage-ready by installing a heating coil." I've read 'garage-ready' refrigerators are typically more expensive. We would have definitely bought something different had we not been misguided. I called the store where we purchased it, they said "call Frigidaire." I called Frigidaire, they said "call the store." Zero customer satisfaction with this purchase!

We are so grateful for this wonderful appliance! We didn™™t want lots of ™bells and whistles ™, just a functional, well made refrigerator! And we feel that is exactly what we got! The only problem was a damaged wheel on one of the storage bins. But we are hoping for a replacement.

We are so happy with this garage ready refrigerator. It is really spacious but doesn't take up a lot of room in the garage. The freezer offers adjustable shelves and tons of room as well. We ordered it in stainless and it is very modern and we love that it doesn't have handles to get in the way of our cars and without the ice maker we have so much room in the freezer for extra food. Fridge was a perfect fit for our small fridge area in our hundred year old home. Love its sleek stylish look and the fact that it keeps every thing very cold. I especially like the full width deli drawer and the rollers on the veggie crispers. So easy to slide in and out! Only concern noticed so far is the shelves and door storage are hard to adjust and I wish the door bins were a little sturdier. Have only had the fridge for a day but we love it so far!
