I love the configuration with the exception of 1) door bins are so deep on the right that you have to open both door to access anything withing the frig, and 2) there needs to be a split shelf option.

Something runs nearly constantly, yet in the manual it doesn't tell you to expect that. Called customer service they told me to call the delivery person, who had nothing to do with it, called the store they had same phone number, called again, guy put me on hold for ten minutes then hung up, called again just wanted to speak with a technician, girl put me on hold for ten minutes came back said it was fan that constantly circulated the air no mention of that in manual .

After the ref. was installed the ice maker would not make enough ice for 1 person a day. We used an old ice tray until the ice maker could be replaced. Since the ice maker was so small (it would not produce enough ice for our family of 5) we purchased an ice maker for the freezer. A rug is needed in front of the ref. since a cube or two will fall to the floor. When the ice is set on crush some will splash on the floor. The door to the ref. was not installed properly and didn't completely close until they installed the ice maker and adjusted the door. I would recommend purchasing from a local dealer with a repair person and purchase the additional warranty. Ended up being an expensive appliance with no guarantee it will have a long life.

We replaced our Samsung refrigerator because we had many issues with the ice maker --it would not stop freezing up, and we had a repairman try to fix it, but it kept doing the same thing. So we were finally able to find the proper size needed with the Frigidaire--it runs great and is quiet, and the ice maker is working properly--so Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We really like this version of the fridge. There is a lot of space in the doors, and the cold drawer is very roomy. We do wish that we didn't have to open both doors to get to the one of the fruit/veggie drawers. Love the taller space for filling up water bottles.

The temp is always 4-5 degrees warmer to the desired setting. I have checked with a digital thermometer located on the top and bottom shelf. It would be nice if the water dispenser had chilled water coming out.

This is the first French door, bottom freezer we have ever owned. It is replacing a Side by side that was in the house when we purchased the house 3 years ago, we did not like the sim by side because not having a lot of room in it. We have had this French door fridge for 2 weeks now, and it has lots of room in it, we are just two people, but I think it would be fine for a larger family. The ice maker and water dispenser has been working great.

We are so pleased with our new Frigidaire Refrigerator/Freezer. Our prior fridge (Whirlpool) stopped doing it's job after only 6 years. Everyone who looked at it said that it would cost as much as a new one with no guarantees. The new unit is much larger and the storage space seems endless--in fact we are downsizing our garage fridge from regular size to apartment size because of the space the Frigidaire allows us. I fully recommend this model and product. I am hoping that it has a long life!

We have only had our new fridge for about 2 weeks and no real problems so far. It is spacious and bright and working well so far. We found it much louder than our previous unit, and so purchased sound absorbing foam from Amazon and installed it on the lower wall behind the fridge. It greatly reduced the noise level. Just wish it wasn't necessary.

I wasn™™t really into having the water and ice option on the door but after 2 days of using I do love it, at first I thought I™™d lose space in the interior but I have lots of space available for storage. This is the second refrigerator as the first one the ice maker failed due to a cabinet alignment issue. The technician diagnosed the problem and determined that it could not be repaired. A replacement arrived and has been working great. Bought the refrigerator at Lowe™™s. Great service from both lowe™™s and Frigidaire

Plenty of room. Nice to have ice whenever it is needed/wanted. I have to keep the refrigerator a little too cold to keep the door bins cold enough, but that is the same with most refrigerators. I wish it had one more shelf but am beginning to figure it out.

We had a bit of an emergency with our 5yr old cafe door bottom refrigerator in late AUG. We had spent hundreds of service fees with our new/old Kenmore refrigerator which we loved but it kept icing up and the part was discontinued. We looked around and chose another model but becuase of the heat and humidity and failing refrigerator we chose this Frigidaire because it was availbe for delivery and white to match our kitchen. What a BREAK! It works amazing. It's interior layout is great. The door ice/water is fantastic, It doesn't take up space on the interior and churns out more ice than you can imagine. (ice makes the drink) Freezer has more room than our old unit even though older one was larger capacity and layout is great. Holds lots of food and has a freeze boost to freeze groceries. We love the in door water and stopped using plastic, which saved room in my beverage frig and plastic in the recycle center. We couldn't be happier with this refrigerator and quite lucky that we got this one although by accident. We would definitely recommend. Hopefully it continues and if has a issue we can get parts.

The interior is nice but about 2 weeks after the delivery the door ice dispenser quit working. There wasn™™t anything stopping it. I emptied most of the ice and kept trying for several days. About 4 days later it began to dispense again. Also when the main door is opened, it doesn™™t always close. The 2 French doors are not even. I™™m calling the customer service tomorrow to see what can be done.
